Since 2023, I have been a certified meditation teacher, helping people relax, unwind, and release anxiety and overwhelm—finding peace amidst the chaos of daily life.
I use a variety of meditation techniques to guide the mind to a quieter state. The physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of meditation have been well-documented for thousands of years.
